Official Studio Photos

           

The official portrait studio is located at 111 Thompson Street, Bldg. 596, next to Quesada Hall.

The 192nd Public Affairs office supports official portraits on Saturdays of RSD and Wednesdays 0900-1000, by appointment only. Appointments on Wednesdays prior to RSD weekends will be limited to 0930-1000. All studio photos are by appointment only during designated time slots and need to be secured at least two days prior for scheduling purposes. For short notice requests or full length portraits, please email or call the 192nd PA office for scheduling.

Requests for photos must be for official government requirements. Download AF IMT 833, complete the highlighted boxes, and sign/save to your desktop. Please specify what kind of portrait is needed, for what official purpose, and if it needs to be printed for any official displays. We will provide digital photos to the email listed within a week of the appointment. Send the completed form via email to the 192nd WG/PA org box at 192.FW.PA.Public.Affairs@us.af.mil. 

Each studio customer is responsible for preparing his or her uniform to comply with AFI 36-2903. If you need to change at the studio, please set aside an allotted amount of time prior to your scheduled appointment time.

NOTE: Chain of command displays are authorized for commanders from squadron up to wing level in unit hierarchy as well as command chiefs and first sergeants (AFI 35-101).

General officer portraits. Portraits for commanders’ awareness programs for displays of the chain of command in facilities (commanders from squadron to wing level in unit hierarchy as well as command chiefs and first sergeants are to be displayed). Portraits to display key staff from prominent support agencies such as the wing inspector general, sexual assault response coordinators, area defense counsel, equal opportunity, and others not listed here. Application processes for special duty assignments IAW AFMAN 36-2032, Military Recruiting and Accessions. Applications for special programs or specialized units. Any request for photographic studio support not listed above but specifically approved by the wing commander.

For Quarterly and Annual Awards, Public Affairs will support group level and above.

For bios, official portraits are not taken for the sole purpose to update a bio. Bios must be requested for an official purpose such as a board, DV visit, etc.

Public Affairs has the right to cancel appointments that are not approved by AFI or wing commander.
