Retired Chief Master Sgt. Robert Barnette, Va. Army and Air National Guard Enlisted Association President, visited the 192nd Fighter Wing “Rising 6” (formerly, the Junior Enlisted Council) to speak about benefits of joining the National Guard Enlisted Association at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, April 27, 2014.
