Yellow Ribbon Program holds briefing at the 192nd FW
Mr. Dorian M. Bell, transition assistance advisor from the Virginia National Guard J1 Office, gives a briefing on Veterans Affairs benefits to members from the 192nd Fighter Wing during the Yellow Ribbon 30 Day Post Deployment Briefing at Langley Air Force base, June 1, 2013. Bell was one of 16 speakers for the Yellow Ribbon Program. The Yellow Ribbon Program provides information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach opportunities throughout the entire deployment cycle. Briefers provided information on education opportunities, GI bill, employment, legal matters, mental health resources, finance, Red Cross, transition, Tricare and veterans support services.
