192D Guard Kids prepare Jambalaya

Kiersten Wark, Daughter of Col. Keith Wark and Syndey Price, daughter of MSgt Kristy Price hold the MRE meals they used to pull several of the ingredients’ from to create the “Raptor Jambalaya” 192D Fighter Wing Guard Kids took part in an Air Force Teen Council challenge where they created a dish that deployed airman could make and eat in the field. With help from some our “Cajun” Guard Family members, this group of master chef’s came up with "Raptor Jambalaya!" They blended only the best “MRE” ingredients along with a few off the shelf spices and items creating a flavorful dish in only 20 minutes.
