192nd Advanced Programs Office holds 2nd Chili Cook-off

The 192nd FW Advance Programs Office hosted the second annual Chili Cook-off, May 18, 2013, where 12 varieties of chili were served. Rachel Vis, team captain for the event, led the cook-off for the American Cancer Society, in honor of the late Master Sgt.
