Sherry Marotta, 192nd Fighter Wing Military Pay Technician explains the military pay system and requirements to the newest members of the 192nd Fighter Wing at the financial brief for new gains briefing. The 192nd Comptroller Flight sponsors the monthly financial briefing to ensure new Virginia Air Guard members have an understanding of how the finance office functions and what paperwork is required from each of them in order to get their drill pay started.
