192nd MDG participate in Vigilant Guard exercise
Approximately 49 Airmen assigned to the 192nd Fighter Wing Medical Group participated in the Vigilant Guard exercise to enhance their Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) training, at the Lancaster County Public Safety Training Center in Lancaster, Pa., May 12, 2014. The CERFP conducts tasks associated with incident management, search and rescue, mass casualty decontamination, medical triage, and fatality recovery.
