Mr. Jason Forrester, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Manpower and Personnel) in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Reserve Affairs) answer questions from 192D Fighter Wing non-commissioned officers at the Crossbow dinning facility Sept. 21, 2013. Mr. Forrester viewed the F-22 Raptor, toured various facilities, met with Virginia Air National Guard members and received a guided tour of the 192D Intelligence Squadron, where he received a mission overview of intelligence state and federal capabilities.
