Airmen from the 192nd Fighter Wing Maintenance Group participated in a training and safety stand-down day March 14, 2015. The stand-down event included front-line supervisor training, Airman Comprehensive Assessment training, specialty-specific training and human resources and performance coaching. The Maintenance Group leadership designed and planned the event to be held over a drill weekend based upon requests from recent surveys in which Airmen indicated a desire for dedicated time to be set aside for professional and safety training during drill weekends.
