Running Clinic prescribes techniques for successful stride
The 192nd Fighter Wing Unit Fitness Program conducted its first “Running Clinic Rx” for service members at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia July 18, 2015. The clinic began with a classroom briefing that presented tips and techniques for the proper running form, running shoes for different foot types, and good overall health habits. The techniques presented were meant to help airmen improve their running to prevent injury and improve success for the running portion of the annual Physical Training test.
