Military volunteers and local charities work together to give kids a head start
Members and civilians of the 203rd Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer (RED HORSE) volunteer their time to construct a playground April 20, 2018, in Norfolk, Virginia.
