200th Weather Flight cuts ribbon on new home facility
Virginia National Guard senior leaders conduct a ribbon-cutting ceremony to formally open a new administrative building for the Virginia Air National Guard's 200th Weather Flight Jan. 4, 2019, in Sandston, Virginia. The 200th Weather Flight provides trained and ready weather experts for both state and federal missions including weather forecasting for Army National Guard aviation and hazardous weather domestic response operations. The new 4,900 square foot building provide administrative space for the unit's 20 assigned Airmen and storage for their field equipment.
