Yellow Ribbon Program Holds Post-Deployment Brief

LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Va. --  Members from the 192nd Fighter Wing attended the Yellow Ribbon 30 Day Post Deployment Briefing at Langley Air Force base, June 1, 2013. The Yellow Ribbon Program provides information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach opportunities throughout the entire deployment cycle. Sixteen briefers provided information on education opportunities, GI bill, employment, legal matters, mental health resources, finance, Red Cross, transition, Tricare and veterans support services. 

As part of the Yellow Ribbon program, members were able to meet with various vendors. Some of the vendors included USAA, Tricare, American Red Cross and the Mobile Vet Center.
